Mediation in the Czech Republic and Finland

The bachelor thesis focuses on mediation in Finland and the Czech Republic. In the introductory chapter, several pages are devoted to general information on mediation, such as to what this method is based on, on what basis it was likely to come about and where it can be used. The following chapters deal with mediation in each state separately. There is also described historical development of mediation in both countries, their legislative background and requirements for the mediator.
