Family policy in Sweden - Comparison with the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the Swedish and Czech family policy and to evaluate the functionality of these policies. The first chapter offers a general explanation of concepts related to social policy and provides a theoretical basis for the whole thesis. The thesis is then devoted primarily to the family benefits provided by the Kingdom of Sweden and their comparison with Czech family benefits. Finally, the thesis evaluates the functionality of the systems and presents some recommendations for the Czech Republic
