Business plan of gym - Wolf gym

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate and draft a business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center in Prague. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about the business plan, which is based on theoretical knowledge and information included in professional articles. It also explains the essence of the business plan and clarifies principle of applied methods. In the practical part is processed realistic business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center, which is prepared on the basis of market research through a questionnaire, PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model and SWOT analysis
