The project of founding a travel agency provides a complex view of foundation process and overall activities of travel agency as a limited liability company. The theoretical part provides an informative basis of the functioning of travel agency as a subject of the travel market but also starting point for the following practical project. The project itself was created as a result of discovered absence of concepts like this and it´s main structure consists of a business plan with very important financial analysis.
