The bachelor thesis deals with inclusion at elementary schools in the Czech Republic and tries to estimate expected social-economic impacts. In the theoretical part of the thesis terms such as integration and inclusion are defined, then the current legislationrelating to the education of pupils with special educational needs is described and last but not least the system of the Norwegian and the Finnish special education is presented. Firstly, the practical part shows based on macroeconomic data that inclusion may have positive economic impacts on assumption that sufficient financial sources are invested and appropriate conditions are set up.
