Globalisation Trends in Company Skoda Auto a.s.

The bachelor thesis points out to that globalisation is a part of today's world and that its trends pervade almost every area of human activity. This work is aimed above all at globalisation trends in determinants of globalisation, which are reduction of the world and development of technologies, also at trends in transport, in movement of production, in expansion of transnational corporations, in capital flow and in international movement of work force. Development of globalisation trends in Skoda Auto is noticed in above mentioned areas specifically in working of Skoda Auto. The other part of this work is summarization of document Strategy 2025, which defines targets and future trends for company in different areas of its working
