Comparison of crowdfunding regulation

The bachelor thesis deals with regulation in crowdfunding. It is focused on three regulatory environments and offers their comparisons. Its main objective is to open and describe the topic of regulation in crowdfunding and to further evaluate the direction in which the legislation goes. The theoretical part describes the conceptual models of crowdfunding and the risks associated with crowdfunding. In the practical part are described the approaches to regulation and the evaluation of regulations emerging or existing in the European Union, United Kingdom and Czech Republic
