This bachelor thesis deals with Sephora's current marketing communication on the Czech market. The primary objective of the thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of the communication strategy of the company on the Czech cosmetics market, which is currently developing rapidly. This objective is achieved through PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, analysis of the competitive environment on the Czech market and questionnaire survey. The output of the thesis is not only the evaluation of the effectiveness of the current marketing communication, but also the proposal and recommendation for a new communication strategy
