The diploma thesis deals with proposing a new suitable strategy for the selected company. For this purpose, methods of strategic analysis are used. On the basis of the analyzes carried out, the company's strengths and weaknesses, possible threats and opportunities are identified. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical-methodological part and the practical part. In the first part are theoretically explained the basic concepts of strategic management. The practical part analyzes the external and internal environment of the selected company. Outputs of the analyzes are the basis for formulating an appropriate strategy for the future development of the company
