This bachelor thesis deals with the application of effective Employer Branding in companies and changes of HR. The main objective is to identify and phrase main methods and principles of building an Employer Brand based on the analysis of study cases of two IT companies. Consequently, based on these outputs, the roles and competencies of HR in each sphere of the Employer Brand building process are defined.
