Recruiting and selection of employees

This bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate and compare this process with theoretical procedures, methods and sources of recruitment and selection of employees. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basis for the practical part of the work. The practical part analyzes the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group, primarily two of the three companies, namely LUX spol., s.r.o. and LUX-Ident, s.r.o. At the end of the practical part, the strengths and weaknesses of the LUX group recruitment and selection process are assessed and recommendations are suggested to improve the process
