Motivational System in the Organization

This bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of employees. The aim of this thesis is to find out employees satisfaction provided by the LIŠKAEXPERT beneficial program. The theoretical part explains the concept of motivation and other concepts closely related to the topic. Theoretical part looks into the detail of the motivational system of the company, theories of motivation that look at the motivation from a different point of view. The practical part is devoted to the satisfaction of employees with benefits. The research is concluded on the basis of the questionnaire suervey, respondents are the LIŠKAEXPERT employees. Based on the results from this research the solutions have been proposed. These solutions should increase the satisfaction of these employees
