Graduates on the labor market in the Czech republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of graduates employment on the labor market in the Czech Republic. Graduates have a high potential of employment and a specific position. The bachelor thesis analyzes the position of university graduates in the labor market and the comparison with selected member countries of the European Union. The secondary data and the time series are used in the analysis. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to formulate several recommendations relating to the government, educational institutions and employers.
