Foreigners on the Czech labor market

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the position of foreigners on the Czech labor market on the basis of available data. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and analytical. The first part contains the theoretical basis of migration and Czech migration policy, including projects to support economic migration, and is also focused on the current legislative framework applicable to economically active foreigners in the Czech Republic. The second part is devoted to the analytical examination of the given topic. It deals with the development of foreigners' activity in the Czech labor market, both of foreigners registered at the Labor Office and those with trade licenses and their structure according to their nationality, type of work performed, age, gender, etc. The attention is also paid to the economic behavior of selected groups of migrants and the amount of remittances representing the outflow of funds abroad
