The sharing economy, its analysis and influence on tourism

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the impacts of the sharing economy on tourism and on the marketplace. The partial aim is to propose measures which would improve the sharing economy and its operations. The first chapter focuses on tourism, its characteristics, place in the economy and on new trends in tourism. The next chapter presents the sharing economy as a global phenomenon, describes its main characteristics and states the reasons why the sharing economy has developed. Then an analysis follows, firstly of the positive, then of the negative impacts on the participants, tourism and the marketplace. The last chapter proposes regulations which would prevent the negative impacts of the sharing economy
