Risk management processes improvement in Rosneft

The subject of bachelor's work is the company Rosneft. The purpose of the work is determination of causes of crises and economic risks, determination of factors that affect their magnitude in the risk management process, and development of the generalized model of risk identification and proposal of the methodical ways for risks reduction and adaptive endurance increase in Rosneft. The company Rosneft is the largest in Russia and one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. Bachelor's work was divided into three main parts. The first part of the work covers the main terminology, the essence of economic risk and the risk of management, as well as the main aspects of crisis management and modern approaches to risk assessment as a threat of the emergence of crisis processes. The middle part describes the company and its economic activities. In this part includes an assessment of the financial conditions and analysis of the economic performance of Rosneft. The last section includes the definition of the main methods and steps aimed at reducing the risks of activities and increasing the adaptive endurance of Rosneft
