Crowdfunding – a Way How to Fund Cultural Projects in Czech Republic

This Bachelor thesis deals with crowdfunding as a way how to fund cultural projects in Czech Republic. In theoretical part there is a description of crowdfunding basics, introducing main types of crowdfunding and also pointing out pros and cons that can author of the project find while using crowdfunding as a way of funding. In practical part we are meeting two main Czech crowdfunding portals - Hithit and Startovac. This thesis also includes description of crowdfunding campaign and factors that may influence whether the campaign meets its goal or fail as well as analysing the size of each factor
