Consumer loan and its regulation

The bachelor thesis deals with consumer loans from regulatory and practical point of view which is described by examples of current range of banking and non-bank providers operating on the Czech financial market. The main objective of the thesis is the comparison to determine the financial advantage of the selected providers and to point out changes relating to the new Consumer Loan Act. In theoretical part I also define the basic concepts related to the chosen topic
