The Issue of Quality of Work Life Application in Organizations

The thesis focuses on factors, that impact on the application of quality of work life concept in organizations. The theoretical part contains specification of the term "quality of work life", and some of its conceptions are introduced. The aim of following chapter is the issue of applying component dimensions of Walton's concept, and furthermore selected organizational and work factors and their influence on the quality of work life of employees are described. The practical part is focused on proposal of creation of questionnaire, which surveys objective and subjective factors affecting the application of quality of work life in organizations
