The family house is two-storey building, where the first floor is set in the sloping terrain to create basement. The object is founded on foundation strips, load-bearing structures are mainly designed from system Porotherm, completed with reinforced concrete ceilings. The reinforced concrede slabs are also the load-bearing construction of flat roof. The object is situated on parcels n. 531 in municipality of Moravské Bránice, cadastre unit Moravské Bránice, South Moravian region
