The building is a two-storey basement, consisting of the first and second floors. A garage is attached to the family house. The family house is designed as one-generation (for a family of four), the garage is designed for one car. From the residential part there is a transfer to the garage and the shop. Over the store's store there is a roof terrace with access from the second above-ground floor.
