The steel construction of a departure platform

Bachelor's thesis deals with the structural stress calculation and evalution of a load-bearing structure in the construction of a station platform roof. The building is situated in the city centre of Pardubice. Groundplan dimensions of the structure are 24 x 35 metres. The high of the structure is 8 metres. The load-bearing part solid pilar columns and trusses consist of a T-shaped lattice-work. Individual bars are formed by rectangular pipes and I profile. Load-bearing elements are made of steel class S355 J2
