Wooden Based Semi-detached House

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the project documentation for the realization of a two-generation wooden building of a family house. The solved structure is located in the Brno-Jih district, the cadastral area of Dolní Heršpice. The family house is designed as a semi-detached house with a saddle roof, which is connected by communicative area with a north-facing entrance. The building has two above-ground floors, non-cellar and is intended for permanent living of two families. The structural design of the building is frame-covered with Fermacell gypsum fiber boards
