Dental hygiene and oral health is a topic that is currently discussed.. Dental health reflects the overall health of humans and vice versa damaged teeth can significantly reduce health and quality of life. The results clearly confirm that the largest share of the poor quality of oral health is poor oral hygiene. That's why prevention is the most effective tool, provided that the patient is properly educated and motivated to take responsibility for the state of his teeth.
