The development of legislation on public health insurance in the Czech Republic The thesis deals with development of legislation on public health insurance in the Czech Republic. The aim is a comprehensive analysis of the various stages of development of the law of public health insurance in the Czech Republic after 1990. The author aims based on a legal analysis of the various stages of finding possible solutions and suggestions for the direction of further development of the law in this area of law. The work is divided into several parts. The first two deal with health insurance in the context of health systems and the development of Czech legislation until 1990. The main part analyzes the different stages of development legislation after 1990. A separate section is devoted to the development of legislation in the Slovak Republic. In conclusion, the author discusses possible future legal regulations in the context of previous analyzes
