Diploma thesis called "Digital Generation. Involvement of Information and Communication Technology in Educational Process" is focused on the role of computers in a life of adolescents. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is evolving very fast and transform our everyday life. The aims of the thesis are (1) to explore the change of "digital generation" in Czech society in the beginning of 21 century, (2) to find out if there is a correlation between playing computer games and school results and (3) to identify which factors influence computer literacy.
