Name: Case study of summer camp for altar boys in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm Goals: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive and systematic set of findings on the issue of management of the summer camp for altar boys in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm with emphasis on the generalization of the results and to find the positive and negative aspects from a perspective of management as the basis for influencing future development of the event. Methods: Participated observation, structured interview, analysis of documents. Results: The outcome of this work is a body of knowledge and general conclusions resulting from the management of summer camp for altar boys in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in terms of sequential management functions and funding. Functioning of the management is under the influence of many circumstances. Strengths of the camp are organizing, funding and human resources management conversely planning and control processes are among the weaknesses.
