Assessment of employees as a factor stimulation of working performance of health care workers

The thesis is focused on the system of the staff evaluation and its influence and increase of the work performance of the health care of workers. The thesis is structured into two main parts, which are the theoretical part and the research. The first part provides a comprehensive overview of the theoretical knowledge that is necessary for understanding of the mentioned topic. It is divided into several sub-units, in which is described work performance itself, both in the general and in the specification of the health services. Furthermore, there is a part dealing with the motivation of the work performance and last but not least is the content focused on the own staff evaluation - its forms, methods and recommended procedure for the introduction of staff evaluation process in the organization. There is also presented a list of possible use of the outputs from the staff evaluation for further personnel work in conclusion of this part. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, where are submitted the outputs of the qualitative research focused on the analysis of the staff evaluation process in the particular healthcare facility.
