Analysis of development programs for students and graduates

The bachelor thesis deals with development programs for students and graduates in organizations. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical basis of talent management and talent development methods that are implemented in the programs. The second part of the work focuses on the analysis of the development programs for students and graduates in selected organizations. The basic criteria of comparison are determined and described for each of programs and subsequently evaluated.
