Motivation for gender nontypical univerzity fields

The diploma thesis concerns the question motivation for gender nontypical univerzity fields. The thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical and the empiric part. This thesis introduced to the main ideas in the area of gender - very often discussed topic in last few years. The empirical part is focused on persons who stand out from the conservative stereotypes. For my research I am using quantitative methodology with the technique of interview, because it provides a comprehensive insight into the decision-making process of the respondents.
