This paper discusses the aggressive behavior in connection with children's groups. The first part is a literature survey, involving various factors relating to theories, types and causes of aggression. Further, it focuses on the development and dynamics of groups aimed at school environments and aggressive phenomena which may occur in the group. Then it suggests possible forms of prevention of these phenomena, which would lead to the suppression or elimination. The second part is dedicated to the design of research, in which is experimentally tested the effectiveness of selected prevention program on a random sample of classes.
