Tthe personality of foster parent in the system of the substitute family care in the Czech Republic

Thesis deals with the personality of foster parents in the current systém of the substitute family care in the Czech republic. The theoretical part describes the current substitute care system in our country, the specifics of foster care and the role of psychologists in the mediation process and subsequent implementation of foster care for children. All of these topics are presented based on the study of professional domestic and foreign sources and are contextualized topic personality of foster parent.
