Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Proximal Humerus Fracture. Aim: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient after proximal humerus fracture. Method: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and special part. In the theoretical part I am focused on anatomical, biomechanical, kinesiological findings and facts. Furthermore I summarized examination and physiotherapeutical methods aimed on patients after nonoperative treated proximal humerus fracture. In special part you can find thorough case study and rehabilitation plan of the patient. Case study was processed in term 1.-19.2.2013 during clinical placement at Oblastní nemocnice Kladno.
