Women awareness and attitude to breast cancer prevention in Hradec Kralove

Bachelor's thesis deals with awareness and attitudes of women in the prevention of breast cancer. The samples are women in the area of Hradec Králové region in different age categories. The theoretical part includes anatomy and physiology of the mammary gland, types of breast cancer, including diagnostic and therapeutic methods. It also examines the risk factors and possibilities of prevention of breast cancer. The empirical part contains quantitative survey, which determines the interest of women and women's attitude towards the prevention of breast cancer, breast self-examination, knowledge of mamography screening. It also explores the knowledge of risk factors and presence of risk factors in a group of respondents. Research sample consists of 94 women aged from 20 to 80 years
