Influence of substrate and relief on plant diversity in the Křivoklátsko PLA Abstract Křivoklátsko is located west of Prague on both sides of the Berounka River. In 1978 was declare in that location protected land area, which will maintain natural diversity and provide the improvement of the local nature. Natural environment affects diversity of vascular plant through relief, bedrock and substrate. In the first part of this diploma thesis I briefly characterized area of Křivoklátsko, next will be description of relief and substrate influence on vascular plant diversity. In the second part i will focus on evaluation of relief and substrate influence on plant on Křivoklátsko. In protected land area Křivoklátsko has elevation gradient greatest influence on plant diversity, other like slope and exposition influences are noticeable. In terms of substrate is of utmost importance acidity of the medium, which affects the richness of its diversity of vascular plants in Křivoklátsko
