The thesis elaborates on the issue of protecting the assets of the employer in the context of labour law. This topic is closely linked to the employee's liability for damage caused to the employer, so in the introduction of the thesis, legal theory and general principles of liability are addressed. The following part of the thesis works with the legal legislation in force together with current decisional practice of courts.
