(in English): This thesis Interpretation of General Characteristics of Czech and Japanese Languages on Literary Texts Examples and their Translations deals with interpretation and comparison of linguistic phenomena between defferent liguistic cultures. The aim of this thesis is to describe the different linguistic phenomena and outline its solution in translation. The first part deals with the description of both languages from typological viewpoint, as well as the basic attitude in the translation. The second part deals with a comparison of selected literary texts with their original and analysis of various of translator's methods.
