Headmaster of School with Legal personality, Economics of Educational institutions and Management of Educational Process

The work of the headmaster with the legal subjectivity is very exacting because of its variety. The headmaster's role at this organization is to be the manager and a teacher as well. He has to have the basic knowledge of economy, law, human resources management, upbringig and education. To understand better the work of the headmaster, this dissertation is giving interpretation of the basic terms connected with directing economy and pedagogical process of primary school with legal subjectivity. Than it encourages administrative duty of headmaster during the leading process.
