The main theme of this thesis is fading of selection and execution of exercises in fitness centers for men who don't work under supervisit of a personal trainer. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief history of fitness centers and fitness issues in general. Furthermore, there are specified exercise principles and theoretical assumptions of the selection of exercises focusing on the proper technique of a selected exercises with the description and visual representation of an example. There is also a section devoted to the principles and health risks that can bring fitness training. The research has already specifically identifies the manner and reasons for selection of exercises using a questionnaire and examines how to perform exercise...
