The usage of fairy tales in a bibliotherapy

The doctoral thesis "Application of fairy tale in bibliotherapy" deals with a topic of a fairy tale therapy in children's homes background. The theoretical part is aimed to the terminological definitions of bibliopsychology, bibliotherapy, psychotherapy and child psychotherapy. One of the chapters deals with a fairy tale and its influence on child readers. Another chapter deals with a role of a fairy tale in a child's life. The practical part is focused to the application of a fairy tale therapy in orphanage settings in cooperation with librarians from the children's department of public libraries.
