This thesis focuses on the problems of Ukrainian immigration to the Czech Republic and its impacts on the Czech majority society. The aim is to describe and evaluate the Ukrainian migration into the Czech Republic after the declaration of Ukrainian independence in 1991, which is followed by pointing out the main aspects that may influence views on the Ukrainian minority in the Czech Republic. Another part of the thesis is to summarize the views of the Czech majority on the Ukrainian minority living in the Czech Republic.
