Crisis communication

Title: Crisis Communication Objectives: To highlight the significance of the crisis communication, led by the Police of the Czech Republic as one of the fundamental components of the Integrated Rescue System. The second aim is to clarify what the definition "crisis communication" means and its use in negotiation with the person demonstrating suicidal intentions. Methods: Theoretical thesis, therefore, data will be collected from literature, laws, regulations and internet resources and the personal experience provided by the police negotiator Jiří Basl as well. Results: There was the crisis communication and the crisis negotiation defined.
