Exercise of rights and duties of parents who do not live together

This thesis is called Exercise of rights and duties of parents who do not live together and is focused on actual questions of parental responsibility and describes the mutual rights and duties between parents and their children. It monitors the historical development of minor child's legal status, from object of law to the current concept, which considers the child as a equal entity. Rights of a minor child are regulated in many international documents, most important of which is Convention on the Rights of the Child. All these documents emphasize necessity of protection life and health of all children on the world. My thesis deals with description of maternity and paternity in family law and analyse the theme of surrogacy maternity and oportunity of leaving the child in the baby-box. Most of the thesis is occupated by the description of parental responsibility, it's content and exercise and by comparation the exercise of parental responsibility of parents - married cuple, parents - partners and parents after divorce, shared, alternate and sole care. This thesis deals with restrictive interventions of state authorities, namely with suspection, limitation and deprivation of parental responsibility. Last chapter is devoted to international child abduction
