Motivation of Volunteers Working for Ecological Associations

The diploma thesis is dealing with motivations of volunteers of ecological organizations of civil society. The aim of the thesis is to answer two questions: "what is the motivation for jointing an ecological organization?" and "what is the motivation for staying with the organization for a longer period of time?". The thesis uses a few theoretical concepts, especially three-stage model of volunteers' duration of service. Given the fact that the essay is based on qualitative research, it is trying to catch variety of phenomenons connected with motivations of volunteers
