The bachelor thesis is a proposal of the entrepreneurial intention to establish a restaurant. Our restaurant with a focus on tourists and cyclists will be in Vilémovice. The branch of business belongs to the hospitality industry. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part will be based on literary research and serve to define basic concepts. The analytical part will deal with the market analysis and other factors that could improve our business. The final part will deal with the proposal of the business plan itself and its economic success
