The bachelor thesis focuses on improving communication mix in company Nešpůrek, Ltd. In theoretical part will be the important concepts of marketing, marketing mix and communication mix. In the analytical part I convert theory to practice. Using SWOT analysis will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its opportunities and threats. Result will be in a solution that does not financially impossible and will meet the owners, employees, and most important, our customers
