The main goal of this diploma thesis is to propose, on the basis of realized analysis of the current state, desirable changes in the concept of personnel management, which will lead to the successful development of the company. The first part is devoted into the theoretical background in human resources. The second part of the thesis analyzes the current state of personnel management in the company.
