Principles of maintenance of the TPM method

In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with description of maintenance, historical development of maintenance and characterizes each systems of maintenance. Furthermore it provides a short comparison of two modern maintenance methods of RCM and TPM, with more detailed picture of the TPM method and also mentions the basic supporting methods used to determine the critical areas in production processes and in maintenance. The practical part of the thesis propounds a suitable proposal for TPM implementation in a manufacturing company
