This thesis deals with the study of properties and use of TS-NaHY hydrogels. The first part describes the general characteristics of hydrogels and hyaluronic acid, its properties, synthesis, and utilization. The second part is focused on the experimental measurement of the fundamental properties TS-NaHY hydrogels. The aim of this study is to modify the hydrogels addition of surfactant micelles and create them in a domain capable of solubilizing a hydrophobic substance. The selected surfactants were examined for their solubility in water and in PBS solution, then hydrogels containing micelles of selected surfactants were prepared.
