Social fieldwork with seniors

The thesis is focused on the field social work with elderly people. The first chapter describes old age, aging, changes in old age, changes in self-sufficiency and aging of society. The second chapter is devoted to the needs of seniors. The third chapter contains social work with seniors, care allowance, irreplaceable role of the family in the care of a senior and field social services in Blatná region. The theoretical part is followed by a research process whose aim is to chart the seniors satisfaction with the use of services in the region and also the help of their families. There are two facilities providing the social service in the certain area in the research group. One of them is the Regional Charity of Strakonice and the other one is the Care Service Organisation
